Training of SUTAS 2018 and SKGB 2018's Data Processing

Training of SUTAS 2018 and SKGB 2018's Data Processing

May 6, 2018 | BPS Activities

One of the important stages in addition to data collection in the field is the post-field data collection stage is the processing of data collection. This stage is divided into two namely pre computer and post computer. The pre-processing computer stage consists of receiving batching, editing coding and document storage. While the post-computer stage is a document entry. To support the processing process, BPS has developed a processing system to input the data generated in survey data collection. In order for the system to be properly used, training officers are required.

The processing training of SUTAS 2018 is integrated with the training of Rice Paddy to Rice Survey (SKGB) 2018. The training participants are representatives from the district / city IPDS Section as the processing district instructor and the representative of the District Production Statistic Section as the responsible of the content related to the reasonableness of the data entry. Participants were 30 people and trained by 2 national instructors. The training was held on 6-10 May 2018 at Hotel Luwansa, Palangka Raya.
