Employment Status February 2021

The labor force in February 2021 was 1,413.78 thousand people, an increase of 32.34 thousand people compared to August 2020. In line with the increase in the number of the workforce, the Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK) also increased to 69.44 percent, an increase of 1.04 percent. points compared to August 2020.

The Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) was 4.25 percent, a decrease of 0.33 percentage points from August 2020. The working population was 1,353.63 thousand people, an increase of 35.49 thousand people compared to August 2020.
