Internalization of Public Service Standards

Palangka Raya - BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Tengah Province has held an Internalization of Public Service Standards (SPP) on Thursday, May 6, 2021 through a virtual online zoom meeting media.

This activity was attended by all employees of the BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Tengah Province to socialize the Public Service Standards which were released in April 2021.

The Variety of Public Service Standards are as follows:

1. Libraries

2. Consultation comes directly

3. Online consultation

4. Publication sales come instantly

5. Sales of online publications

6. The sale of micro data and digital maps comes instantly

7. Sales of micro data and digital maps online

8. Recommendations for statistical activities.

Hopefully the internalization of Public Service Standards will further improve the quality of public services.
