Palangka Raya - Friday, 01 March 2023 BPS Kalimantan Tengah Province released several indicators, including: Development of the Consumer Price Index in February 2024, Development of Farmer Exchange Rates in February 2024, Development of Accommodation Services in January 2024, Development of Transportation Services in January 2024, Development of Foreign Trade January 2024, Harvest Area and Rice Production in Central Kalimantan Province 2023 (Fixed Figures), Harvest Area and Corn Production in Central Kalimantan Province 2023 (Fixed Figures).

One of the indicators highlighted by media colleagues who were present was the decline in total harvested area in 2023 compared to 2022, namely 6.14%. However, the potential harvest area from January to April 2024 is estimated to reach around 31.99 thousand hectares or an increase of 4.88% compared to the same period in the previous year.
