Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the community regarding Public Service Standards.

The service standards that have been prepared need to be continuously improved according to the results of monitoring and evaluation as an effort to improve the quality and innovation of public services. This Service Standard is also the organizer's promise to the community to provide services so that people can get fast and easy but still quality services.

The preparation of BPS Service Standards for Central Kalimantan Province began in 2014 and is updated every 3 years and evaluated every year. In 2024, updates will be made to the 2021 Service Standards. Updates are carried out to accommodate several changes in services that are influenced by user needs and innovations built to meet them.

The process that involves the participation of external parties in preparing and updating Service Standards is expected to align the capabilities of service providers with the needs/requirements of the community. So that the services implemented effectively can meet the interests of the community. This FGD was attended by the Chairman of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Information Commission Agus Triantony, representatives of the Ombudsman, Diskominfosantik, P3APPKB Service, DPP Fordayak, Central Kalimantan Post media, lecturers and students at Palangka Raya University.
