Press Release Official News Statistics for Central Kalimantan July 1, 2024

Monday, July 1 2024 - Central Kalimantan Province BPS released the Official Statistical News delivered by the new head of BPS, Agnes Widiastuti, S.Si, ME. This BRS release is the first release after he was appointed head of BPS for Central Kalimantan Province last Friday (28/6).

In this BRS release, 7 strategic indicators were presented, one of which was the Level of Population Expenditure Inequality in Central Kalimantan Province. In March 2024, the level of expenditure inequality among the population of Central Kalimantan is measured by the Gini Ratio of 0.301. This figure decreased by 0.016 points compared to the Gini Ratio in March 2023 which was 0.317 and decreased by 0.018 points from the Gini Ratio in March 2022.
