Official Central Kalimantan Statistics News October 2024

The Central Kalimantan BPS released the Official Statistics News for October, accompanied directly by the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of Central Kalimantan Province, represented by Assistant II to the Regional Secretary of Central Kalimantan Province, Sri Widarnani. Several indicators released include the Development of the Consumer Price Index for September 2024, Development of the Farmer's Exchange Rate for September 2024, Development of Accommodation Services for August 2024, Development of Transportation Services for August 2024, Development of Foreign Trade for August 2024.

On that occasion, the Assistant II to the Central Kalimantan Provincial Secretariat expressed his appreciation to the Central Kalimantan BPS regarding strategic data that can assist the government and provide benefits for development in the Central Kalimantan region, especially regarding inflation control.

In September 2024, there was year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Central Kalimantan Province of 1.45 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.60. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 1.98 percent with a CPI of 107.19 and the lowest in Kapuas Regency at 1.24 percent with a CPI of 105.84.
