Study Visit from Palangka Raya University

Students of the Development Economics Department of Palangka Raya University (UPR) as many as 25 students visited the Central Kalimantan Provincial BPS office which was coordinated directly by the supervisor, Drs. Benius, M.M., Ph.D. The purpose of this visit was to gain and increase students' understanding regarding statistical data analysis and research methodology.

As many as 25 students including 1 student who is a Statistics Agent from the UPR Statistics Corner @pojokstatistik_upr received materials related to statistics and statistical methodology directly from the Associate Expert Statistician, Head of the Cross-Sector Statistical Analysis Team of the Central Kalimantan Provincial BPS, Mertha Endah Ervina, SST, M.Stat. In her material, it was conveyed that statistical methods are a way to collect and analyze data so that we can make valid conclusions. In addition to receiving materials related to statistics and statistical methodology, the students also listened to materials related to the services provided by the Central Kalimantan Provincial BPS.
