Business Fields Not Covered in SE2026

Hello Data Friends, the Economic Census activity will be carried out again in 2026. One of the objectives of the 2026 Economic Census is to provide data on economic structure and business characteristics. However, do you know, Data Friends, what business fields are not covered in the 2026 Economic Census?

Let's see the following information!

1. Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. This category includes all economic activities/business fields, including food crop farming, plantations, horticulture, animal husbandry, harvesting of forest products and catching and cultivating fish/aquatic biota. This category also includes supporting services for each of these economic activities. Example: catching and cultivating fish.

2. Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security. This category includes activities that are governmental in nature, which are generally carried out by government administration. Example: Sub-district Head, Village Head, DPR, BPS Employees.

3. Household Activities as Employers; Activities That Produce Goods and Services by Households Used to Meet Their Own Needs. This category includes household activities as employers and activities that produce goods and services by households that are used to meet their own needs. Examples: Domestic helpers, gardeners and others who provide services to serve households and household members.
