National Film Day

Every March 30th is commemorated as National Film Day. This celebration is a moment to commemorate the start of the production of the first Indonesian film and appreciate the development of the national film industry, Darah dan Doa (1950), by Usmar Ismail. In order to commemorate the 75th National Film Day (HFN) in 2025, the Indonesian Film Board (BPI) launched a new logo that reflects the spirit of collaboration and unity in the Indonesian film industry. Carrying the tagline "SEJUTA KISAH SATU INDONESIA," this logo illustrates that national film is a shared ideal born from the collective work of various elements of society.
