Abstract

The frequency of ship visits in the ports of the Kalimantan Tengah region increased 6.63 percent from 709 visits (September 2019) to 756 (October 2019).
  • The number of passengers via sea transportation decreased by 12.83 percent from 32,388 people (September 2019) to 28,232 people (October 2019).
  • The flow of goods traffic through ships rose 43.96 percent from 0.93 million tons (September 2019) to 1.34 million tons (October 2019).
  • Ship passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai (61.13 percent) and the volume of freight flows in Sampit (43.84 percent).
  • Frequency of flights rose 41.58 percent from 1,265 flights (September 2019) to 1,791 flights (October 2019).
  • The number of passengers via air transportation rose 18.66 percent from 112,420 people (September 2019) to 133,401 people (October 2019).
  • The flow of goods traffic through the air rose 11.62 percent from 1,231 tons (September 2019) to 1,374 tons (October 2019).
