Abstract

The frequency of ship visits in the ports of the Kalimantan Tengah region rose 8.96 percent, from 636 visits (March 2020) to 693 visits (April 2020).
  • The number of passengers via sea transportation decreased by 59.14 percent, from 18,531 people (March 2020) to 7,571 people (April 2020).
  • The flow of goods traffic through ships rose 16.60 percent, from 1.38 million tons (March 2020) to 1.61 million tons (April2020).
  • Ship passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai (66.60 percent) and the volume of freight flows in Sampit (60.14 percent).
  • The frequency of flights dropped 67.91 percent, from 1,586 flights (March 2020) to 509 flights (April2020).
  • The number of passengers via air transportation fell by 74.77 percent, from 103,239 people (March 2020) to 26,045 people (April 2020).
  • The flow of goods traffic through the air also dropped by 58.88 percent, from 1,216 tons (March 2020) to 500 tons (April2020).
