Abstract

Kalimantan Tengah's export value in February 2022 reached US$514.63 million or up 184.91 percent compared to exports in January 2022 and up 137.57 percent compared to February 2021.
  • Coal and palm oil are Kalimantan's main export commodities Middle during February 2022.
  • Japan, India and China are the main export destinations for Kalimantan Tengah during February 2022.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's export value increased by 54.78 percent, from US$449.18 million (January-February 2021) to US$695.26 million (January-February 2022).
  • Kalimantan Tengah's import value during February 2022 reached US$2.62 million, down 23.17 percent compared to January 2022 but increased (7.38 percent) compared to February 2021.
  • Cumulatively, Kalimantan Tengah's import value increased by 71.02 percent, from US$3.52 million (January-February 2021) to US$6.02 million (January-February 2022).
  • Singapore, Germany, and Brazil have been the origin countries of Kalimantan Tengah's imports for February 2022.
  • Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance experienced a surplus of US$512.01 million in February 2022.
