Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of star hotels during August 2022 reached 50.75 percent, down 3.58 points compared to July 2022 which was 54.33 percent. The ROR for non-star hotels fell 2.08 points to 19.60 percent.
  • Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels rose 16.37 points, and non-star hotels rose 4.10 points.
  • The average length of stay (RLTM) at star hotels in August 2022 reached 1.85 days, while non-star hotels were 1.12 days.
  • The number of guests staying at star hotels in August 2022 was 35,012 people, down 2.55 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels fell by 7.39 percent.
