July 2024: The export value of Kalimantan Tengah reached US$270.89 million, a decrease of 22.84 percent compared to exports in June 2024, and a decrease of 20.39 percent compared to exports in July 2023.

Coal, palm oil, zirconium ore, niobium and tantalum, processed wood, lignite, rubber scrap, titanium ore, and plywood were the main export commodities of Kalimantan Tengah during July 2024.

• Japan, India, and South Korea were the main export destination countries of Kalimantan Tengah during July 2024.
• The import value of Kalimantan Tengah in July 2024 reached US$3.76 million, an increase of 13.94 percent compared to June 2024 and a decrease of 64.63 percent compared to July 2023.
• Asphalt, fertilizers, steam boilers, and motor vehicles were the main import commodities of Kalimantan Tengah during July 2024.
• Singapore, Malaysia, and the Russian Federation were the main countries of origin for Kalimantan Tengah's imports during July 2024.
• Kalimantan Tengah's foreign trade balance in July 2024 experienced a surplus of US$267.13 million.
