August 2024: Year-on-Year (y-on-y) inflation in Kalimantan Tengah was 1.29 percent

Abstract

In August 2024, there will be year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Kalimantan Tengah Province of 1.29 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 105.53. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 1.80 percent with a CPI of 107.30 and the lowest in Kapuas Regency at 0.51 percent with CPI amounting to 105.69.

Y-on-y inflation occurs due to an increase in prices as indicated by rising prices most of the expenditure group indexes, namely: food, beverage groups and tobacco by 1.57 percent; clothing and footwear group of 0.46 percent; groups of supplies, equipment and routine home maintenance stairs by 0.76 percent; health group by 1.57 percent; group transportation by 0.83 percent; information, communication and services group finance by 0.03 percent; recreation, sports and cultural groups of 1.25 percent; education group at 3.34 percent; provision group food and beverage/restaurants at 2.01 percent; and treatment group personal and other services amounted to 4.02 percent. While the expenditure group which experienced a decline in the index, namely: housing, water, electricity, and household fuel by 0.42 percent.

Month-to-month (m-to-m) deflation rate for Kalimantan Tengah Province in August 2024 of 0.39 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) deflation rate in August 2024 by 0.02 percent.

March 2025, Year-on-Year (y-on-y) inflation in Kalimantan Tengah Province was 1.33 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 2.27 percent.

April 2025, year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation in Kalimantan Tengah Province was 1.21 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Kapuas Regency at 1.81 percent.

October 2024: the year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate for Kalimantan Tengah Province was 1.03 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 1.61 percent

September 2024: the year-on-year (y-on-y) inflation rate for Kalimantan Tengah Province was 1.45 percent. The highest inflation occurred in Sukamara Regency at 1.98 percent

March 2024 inflation Year on Year (y-on-y) Kalimantan Tengah Province at 2.72 percent. The highest inflation occurred in the Regency Kapuas was 3.35 percent.
