Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during November 2024 was 60,93 percent, an increase of 0.26 points compared to October 2024, which was recorded at 60.67 percent. ROR for non-star hotels during November 2024 was 24.77 percent, an increase of 0.43 points compared to October 2024, which was recorded at 24.34 percent.
Compared to the same month in the previous year, ROR for star hotels in November 2024 rose 5.35 points, and non-star hotels rose 0.64 points.
The number of guests staying at star hotels in November 2024 was 45,627 people, a decrease of 7.58 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels was recorded at 71,730, an increase of 17.74 percent compared to the previous month.
