November 2024: The number of air transportation passengers during November 2024 decreased by 4.18 percent compared to October 2024 and the number of sea transportation passengers decreased by 8.17 percent.

Abstract

Flight frequency in November 2024 increased by 2.61 percent compared to October 2024, from 1,263 flights to 1,296 flights.
The number of air transportation passengers decreased by 4.18 percent, from 115,067 people (October 2024) to 110,253 people (November 2024).
Goods traffic using air transportation increased by 1.43 percent, from 2,031 tons (October 2024) to 2,060 tons (November 2024).
During November 2024, air passenger activity (53.95 percent) and goods flow (77.04 percent) are concentrated at Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport.
The frequency of ship visits to ports in the Kalimantan Tengah region increased by 5.63 percent, from 817 visits (October 2024) to 863 visits (November 2024).
The number of sea transportation passengers decreased by 8.17 percent, from 32,951 people (October 2024) to 30,260 people (November 2024).
Traffic of goods using sea transportation increased by 15.23 percent, from 1.87 million tonnes (October 2024) to 2.10 million tonnes (November 2024).
During November 2024, sea transport passenger activities were concentrated at Kumai Port (71.68 percent), while the flow of goods was concentrated at Sampit Port (60.07 percent).

August 2024: The number of air transportation passengers during August 2024 decreased by 6.86 percent compared to July 2024, while the number Sea transportation passengers increased by 2.66 percent.

September 2023: The number of air transportation passengers decreased by 0.31 percent compared to August 2023, while the number of sea transportation passengers decreased by 0.01 percent

The number of air transportation passengers during December 2023 decreased by 1.80 percent compared to November 2023, while the number of sea transportation passengers increased by 15.87 percent.

The number of air transportation passengers during February 2024 decreased by 13.69 percent compared to January 2024, and the number of sea transportation passengers decreased by 35.19 percent.
