Abstract

The occupancy rate (ORR) of starred hotels during December 2024 was 54.46 percent, down 6.47 points compared to November 2024, which was recorded at 60.93 percent. The ORR of non-starred hotels during December 2024 was 24.67 percent, down 0.10 points compared to November 2024, which was recorded at 24.77 percent.
Compared to the same month of the previous year, the ORR of starred hotels in December 2024 decreased by 1.56 points, while non-starred hotels decreased by 1.01 points.
The number of guests staying at starred hotels in December 2024 was 45,836 people, or down 0.20 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-starred hotels was recorded at 75,046 people, or up 4.62 percent compared to the previous month.
