Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of starred hotels during February 2025 was 46.79 percent, up 6.49 points compared to January 2025 which was recorded at 40.30 percent. The TPK of non-star hotels during February 2025 was 21.24 percent, down 0.42 points compared to January 2025 which was recorded at 21.66 percent.
Compared to the same month the previous year, the TPK of starred hotels in February 2025 increased by 3.30 points, while non-star hotels increased by 0.05 points.
The number of guests staying at starred hotels in February 2025 was 36,183 people or down 6.92 percent compared to the previous month. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels was recorded at 51,966 or down 14.00 percent compared to the previous month.
