Abstract

  • The export value of Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025 reached US$302.54 million, an increase of 1.73 percent compared to January 2025 exports but a decrease of 27.39 percent compared to February 2024 exports.
  • Coal, palm oil, processed wood, plywood, zirconium, niobium, and tantalum ores, crumb rubber, other non-timber forest products, other mineral materials, oilcake and residues, organic basic chemicals derived from agricultural products, and titanium ores were the main export commodities of Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025.
  • Japan, South Korea, and India were the main export destination countries of Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025.
  • The import value of Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025 reached US$1.65 million, a decrease of 60.53 percent compared to January 2025 and a decrease of 73.39 percent compared to February 2024.
  • Other machinery and asphalt were the main import commodities of Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025.
  • Malaysia and Singapore were the main countries of origin for imports to Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025.
  • The foreign trade balance of Kalimantan Tengah in February 2025 recorded a surplus of US$300.89 million.
