The occupancy rate of star-rated hotels in March 2025 was 34.79% with 32,372 guests, while non-star hotels recorded an occupancy rate of 19.54% with 54,357 guests.

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (TPK) of starred hotels in March 2025 reached 34.79 percent or decreased by 12.00 points. The TPK of non-star hotels during March 2025 was 19.54 percent or decreased by 1.70 points.
Compared to the same month the previous year, the TPK of starred hotels in March 2025 decreased by 10.56 points, while non-star hotels decreased by 0.55 points.
The number of guests staying at starred hotels in March 2025 was 32,372 people or decreased by 10.53 percent. The number of guests staying at non-star hotels in March 2025 was recorded at 54,357 or increased by 4.60 percent compared to the previous month.

July 2020, room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels 30.07%

October 2023: ROR for star hotels was 56.28 percent with the number of guests staying at 39,153 people

The ROR for star hotels during July 2024 was 56.55 percent with a total of 43,424 guests staying.

The ROR for star hotels during February 2024 was 43.49 percent with a total of 34,204 guests staying.
