Abstract

SKD 2016 is conducted by all Integrated Statistical Services of BPS. Result of SKD 2016 use methods of analysis, i.e cross tabulation analysis, gap analysis, and the Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). Data processing of SKD 2016 obtain customer data needs, customer satisfaction index, and key performance indicators (KPI).
