Abstract

Flight frequency increased by 8.81 percent, from 522 flights (August 2021) to 568 flights (September 2021).
  • The number of air transport passengers rose 71.07 percent, from 21,310 people (August 2021) to 36,454 people (September 2021).
  • Freight traffic using air transportation decreased by 25.71 percent, from 1,089 tons (August 2021) to 809 tons (September 2021).
  • The frequency of ship visits at ports in the Central Kalimantan region increased by 0.28 percent, from 715 visits (August 2021) to 717 visits (September 2021).
  • The number of sea transport passengers increased by 54.77 percent, from 11,164 people (August 2021) to 17,278 people (September 2021).
  • Freight traffic using sea transportation decreased by 15.28 percent, from 1.51 million tons (August 2021) to 1.28 million tons (September 2021).
  • Sea transportation passenger activities are concentrated in Kumai Port (82.82 percent), while the volume of goods flows at Sampit Port (51.69 percent).
